Every Adler Sterling order ships fully tracked. UK delivery is free — every order, every time, no minimum. International orders ship at a flat £2.99.
How we ship
Adler Sterling is a globally-curated brand. Most Drop 01 pieces ship direct from our certified manufacturing partners overseas — that's how we're able to offer premium materials at the prices we do. Our UK-printed capsule (Drop 02, mid-2026) ships from our Inkthreadable partner near Bolton, with shorter delivery windows.
Each product page shows the realistic delivery window for that specific item. The numbers below are the overall ranges across the catalogue.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed (Mon-Fri). You'll get a tracking link the moment your piece is dispatched.

We currently ship to: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Mexico, Brazil, Switzerland, South Africa.
International customers may be liable for import duties or customs fees applied by their local authorities. These are charged on arrival and are outside Adler Sterling's control.
Tracking
Every Adler Sterling order ships fully tracked. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched — typically within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
If your tracking shows no updates after 7 business days for UK orders or 18 business days for international orders, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Lost, damaged or delayed orders
We stand behind every order. If your package is lost in transit, damaged on arrival, or significantly delayed beyond the windows above, we'll send a replacement at no charge or refund the order in full — your choice.

Order changes
You can amend your shipping address or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that window, the order is already in our fulfilment queue and cannot be changed.
Bank holidays + peak periods
UK orders placed on bank holidays or weekends process the next business day. December, Black Friday week, and major sale periods may see slightly longer dispatch windows — we'll always update the homepage banner if so.
A note on Europe
Adler Sterling does not currently ship to European Economic Area (EEA) countries. We're a UK-first brand and chose to focus on UK + non-EEA international markets at launch. EEA customers — drop us an email at hello@adlersterling.com and we'll let you know when we open up shipping to your country.
