Ordering & Pricing

01. When does Drop 01 launch? +
21 May 2026. Join the waitlist for first access and a 15% discount on your first order with code CLAIM15.
02. Can I order before launch? +
The waitlist is currently open — every signup gets first access on launch day plus a 15% discount automatically applied at checkout via code CLAIM15. No products ship before 21 May.
03. Are your prices in GBP? +
Yes — all prices on the site are in pound sterling (£). International customers are charged the GBP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate, plus any local VAT or duties on arrival.
04. Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing? +
Not at this stage. Adler Sterling is a direct-to-consumer brand. We may revisit wholesale partnerships in 2027 — drop us a line at hello@adlersterling.com if you're interested in being notified.

Sizing & Fit

01. What's your sizing like? +
We curate from a global supplier network, so size charts vary slightly by product. Each product page includes a detailed size guide measured in centimetres. If you're between sizes, our team's recommendation is in the product description — usually to size up for a relaxed Mediterranean drape.
02. What if I order the wrong size? +
Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size. UK customers: original return shipping is your responsibility, but we reship the replacement free. See our Returns page for full details.
03. Do you do plus sizes? +
Yes — we stock Plus Size variants on selected items including the Foundation Boxer Brief (XL-6XL) and the Cabana Linen Shirt (M-6XL). More plus sizing arrives in Drop 02.

Materials & Care

01. What are your clothes made from? +
Our textile range is curated from cotton, cotton-linen blends, and Mulberry silk. Specific composition is listed on each product page. We prioritise natural fibres because the materials we wear daily matter more than most men think.
02. Are your products organic / GOTS certified? +
Selected items are. Our Drop 02 capsule (launching mid-2026) is fully GOTS-certified organic cotton via our partnership with Stanley/Stella in the EU, printed in the UK. Drop 01 prioritises natural-fibre materials but most pieces are not certified organic. We're transparent about this — full material breakdowns are on every product page.
03. How do I care for the linen shirts? +
Cotton-linen Henleys: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, hang to dry. Linen develops character with wear — slight wrinkles are part of the appeal, not a flaw. Iron on low if you prefer a crisp finish.
04. How do I care for stainless steel jewellery? +
Wipe with a soft cloth after each wear. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach, perfume sprays. The matte finish on the Onyx Band can be refreshed by a jeweller if needed — but it's designed to age with the wearer.
05. How do I care for the Mulberry silk pillowcase? +
Hand wash in cold water with a silk-friendly detergent, or use a silk-cycle on your machine inside a mesh bag. Hang to dry. Iron on the silk setting if needed.

Shipping & Delivery

01. How long does shipping take? +
Drop 01 (globally-sourced): UK 7-15 business days, international 12-25 business days. Drop 02 (UK-printed Inkthreadable capsule, mid-2026): UK 3-7 business days. Each product page shows the realistic window for that specific item. UK shipping is always free; international is a flat £2.99. Full breakdown on our Shipping page.
02. Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — to 23 countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil and others. We do not currently ship to European Economic Area (EEA) countries. International customers may be liable for import duties applied by their local authorities.
03. Is shipping free? +
Free for every UK order, every time, no minimum. International orders are a flat £2.99 (tracked, 12-25 business days).
04. Where do you ship from? +
Adler Sterling is a globally-curated brand. Most Drop 01 pieces ship direct from our certified manufacturing partners overseas — that's how we offer premium materials at the prices we do. Drop 02 (mid-2026) introduces our UK-printed capsule, fulfilled near Bolton via our Inkthreadable partnership. We don't pretend to be something we're not — every product page shows the realistic delivery window for that specific item.
05. What if my order arrives damaged? +
Email us a photo at hello@adlersterling.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full immediately.

Returns & Refunds

01. What's your returns policy? +
30 days from delivery for any unworn, unwashed piece — full refund or exchange. Plus a 365-day defect warranty covering actual manufacturing failures. For low-value items (under £25), we'll often refund without requiring you to ship it back. Full details on our Returns page.
02. How long do refunds take? +
Once we receive and approve your return (typically 3-5 business days from drop-off in the UK), refunds process to your original card within 5-7 business days.
03. Can I exchange instead of refund? +
Yes — email returns@adlersterling.com with what you'd prefer. UK customers: original return shipping is your responsibility, but we reship the replacement free. International: original return is your cost, replacement ships at the standard £2.99 rate.
04. What if a piece breaks after a few months? +
If it's a manufacturing defect within 365 days — a seam unravelling, a watch movement failing, a clasp breaking — we'll replace it or refund you in full. Normal wear-and-tear isn't covered. Email returns@adlersterling.com with photos.

01. Where is Adler Sterling based? +
Hull, United Kingdom. We're an independent, founder-led brand built from the ground up.
02. Are you sustainable? +
We're transparent about our positioning: we curate globally and our supply chain is in active evolution. Drop 01 prioritises natural-fibre materials and durable pieces designed to be worn for years, not seasons. Drop 02 (mid-2026) introduces fully GOTS-certified organic cotton via our Stanley/Stella partnership and our first capsule of UK-printed pieces. We don't claim "sustainable" as a marketing term — we'd rather show our progress over time and let you judge.
