Note on geographic scope: Adler Sterling currently ships to the United Kingdom and selected international markets. We do not currently sell to or process orders from customers in the European Economic Area (EEA).

- Stripe / Shopify Payments — payment processing (handles card details directly)
- Royal Mail and partner couriers — order delivery (receives your name and address)
- DSers and our fulfilment partners — for processing and dispatching certain orders
- Klaviyo (post-launch) — for transactional and marketing emails
- Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — for understanding website traffic (data is anonymised)
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
International data transfers
Some of our partners may process your data outside the UK — including in the United States. When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — typically the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent.
